Founder Joe Wee has been building technology platforms since leaving Warwick University in 1996. From deploying the UK's first cable modem systems with ntl in 1997 to launching pioneering SaaS services in 1999 (long before "Cloud" entered common usage), Joe has consistently stayed ahead of the technology curve. He founded Chillingo in 2002 which became the world's leading mobile indie game publisher for games like Angry Birds, Cut the Rope and Contre Jour. Chillingo was acquired by Electronic Arts in 2010.

His innovation journey spans social networks, educational technology, and most recently AI and machine learning. Throughout these ventures, a common thread emerged: the critical importance of exceptional customer support, and the inadequacy of existing helpdesk tools to deliver it at reasonable cost.
